Founded by an eminent educationalist and international higher education thought leader with over two decades of experience, the organization operates on core values of knowledge-based solutions, ethical and transparent practices, empathy, and continuous innovation.Role Description The Psychologist (Psychometrics Expert) will be responsible for designing, administering, scoring, and interpreting psychometric assessments for students to support data-driven career guidance and higher education planning. This full-time on-site role, based in Gurugram, involves conducting individual and group assessment sessions, preparing detailed psychological and career assessment reports, and communicating findings in a clear, student-friendly manner. The role includes collaborating with career counselors and academic advisors to integrate assessment outcomes into personalized guidance plans, as well as contributing to the development, validation, and refinement of testing tools and methodologies. The Psychologist will also assist with training internal teams on psychometric concepts, support workshops and seminars for students and institutions, and ensure that all assessment and counseling practices follow ethical, evidence-based standards.Qualifications & Experience Strong foundation in Psychology, with formal education and practical expertise in psychological theories and applied practice.Advanced skills in Psychological Assessment and psychometrics, including test design, administration, scoring, interpretation, and validation.Experience in Counseling and Mental Health support, with the ability to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive guidance.Relevant exposure to Medicine or health-related fields that supports holistic understanding of well-being and cognitive functioning (desirable but not mandatory).Ph.D /Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, Educational, or related specialization), with experience in psychometric testing for educational or career contexts.Familiarity with standardized assessment tools, data analysis, and report writing for diverse student populations.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to explain complex assessment results in accessible language.Strong ethical orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on-site in Gurugram.2-5 years of relevant experience
