The environment emphasizes insight, respect, and long-term positive change.Role Description This is a hybrid part-time/full-time Psychotherapist role providing individual and/or couples psychotherapy using a psychodynamic framework. The Psychotherapist will conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing sessions focused on problems of daily living, emotional distress, and relationship concerns. Daily responsibilities include maintaining timely progress notes, coordinating care as needed with other providers, and upholding ethical and professional standards of practice. The role also involves monitoring client progress, adjusting interventions as clinically indicated, and participating in consultation or supervision as required by licensure and practice policies. Flexibility in scheduling sessions is expected, along with adherence to privacy and confidentiality regulations.QualificationsStrong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of emotional and behavioral concerns.Demonstrated skills in Counseling and Relationship Counseling to support individuals, couples, and families through psychodynamic psychotherapy.Experience providing in-person and/or telehealth psychotherapy and familiarity with secure, HIPAA-compliant technology platforms.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain clear clinical records.Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care for clients of diverse backgrounds and identities.Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and maintain professional boundaries and ethics.
