Ideal candidates are driven, self-sufficient, and organized.In Bloom Wellness is hiring therapists with existing caseloads, or therapists who are eager to build their own caseloads. You will be responsible for your own referrals as this is a small practice. In Bloom Wellness values work-life balance and offers flexible scheduling. You create the schedule that is most convenient for you! You should maintain a listing on Psychology Today to build or maintain your caseload. Good Therapy or ZocDoc are also options for directories, though there are many more. Therapists will be hired and paid as independent contractors, with a fee split of 60/40, depending on experience and caseload size.As the owner of In Bloom Wellness, I provide clinical supervision and support, take care of billing, and cover the cost of our Electronic Health Record. All you need to do is see your clients and maintain case notes. You will be required to provide proof of licensure in the state of Illinois (provisional, LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW), as well as malpractice coverage.
