Position Title:Psychotherapist (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.)****Offering up to a $7,500 sign-on bonus ******Travel assistance **** and mileage reimbursement.For LCSW, LMHC, LMFT: Assuming Full-Time, 75 units/week (15 units/day), a Psychology provider could estimate they will earn $75k - $100k/year.For Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) Assuming Full-Time, 75 units/week (15 units/day), a Psychologist (Ph.D. or PsyD.) provider could estimate they will earn $125k - $145k/year.

Employment Type: W-2 | Fee-for-Service | Pay Per EncounterSchedule:This position offers both options part-time and full-time:Part-Time: 2 days per week (daytime hours; you pick the days!)Full-Time: Monday–Friday (daytime hours, typically a building a day)Full-time status is eligible for full benefits (listed below).Coverage Areas:This role includes 1-2 days in Sparta, NC with additional clinical service days in one or more of the following locations:Charlotte, Mooresville, Salisbury, Clemmons, Lexington, Wilkesboro, Yanceyville, Henderson, Gatesville, and Wilmington, NC.Job Summary:Telos Health Systems is seeking a Psychotherapist (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities.

This role offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and strong administrative and leadership support.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluationsProvide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment servicesDevelop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary care teamMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentationCoordinate care with facility staff, medical providers, and healthcare professionalsAdhere to all federal, state, and organizational standards, policies, and regulations

Qualifications

Required Licensure:Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/Ph.D.)Additional Requirements:Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health fieldActive, unrestricted license in the state of practiceAbility to work independently while collaborating within a clinical teamStrong communication and clinical documentation skills
