Beyond admissions, it focuses on employability and vocational training to help learners transition confidently into global workplaces and cultures.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PTE Instructor role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The PTE Instructor will plan and deliver high-quality PTE preparation classes, including group sessions and one-on-one coaching, following structured curricula aligned with test requirements. Daily responsibilities include designing lesson plans, explaining test formats and strategies, assigning and reviewing practice tasks, and providing detailed feedback on speaking, writing, reading, and listening performance. The instructor will use SU Academy’s AI-powered tools to support learners, track progress, and adjust teaching approaches based on individual needs. The role also involves conducting diagnostic assessments, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with colleagues to refine course content, and supporting students with exam registration and preparation queries.Qualifications Strong command of English language skills, particularly in speaking, writing, reading, and listening, with the ability to clearly explain PTE formats and strategies.Proven experience teaching English language test preparation (PTE, IELTS, TOEFL or similar), preferably in a classroom or training center environment.Familiarity with digital learning platforms and educational technology, including AI-assisted practice tools and online resources.Excellent classroom management, presentation, and communication skills, with an engaging and supportive teaching style.Ability to assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and tailor lesson plans to different proficiency levels.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or PTE trainer certifications) are an advantage.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a learner-centered mindset, with commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive teaching practices.Experience working with diverse student populations and an interest in international education and migration support is highly beneficial.
