GBS Malta invites applications for the position of Lecturer in Business & Management to contribute to the teaching, research, and academic leadership of our Master of Business Administration (MBA) which offers five specialist pathways: Marketing Management, Management Consulting, Project Management, Entrepreneurship and Global Investment Banking.The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging, research-informed teaching; supervising postgraduate dissertations; and contributing to curriculum innovation and quality enhancement across the MPH programme. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of a forward-looking institution committed to excellence in health education and research.What We Expect from You ?Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops across the MBA core and pathway-specific modules.Design, develop, and update learning materials, assessments, and digital resources aligned with international public health standards and emerging trends.Supervise and mentor postgraduate students throughout their dissertation and research projects.Provide timely, constructive feedback to support student learning and academic development.Engage with the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) to deliver innovative blended and online learning.Contribute to curriculum design, programme review, and quality assurance processes.Participate in scholarly activities, including research, publication, and professional engagement.Collaborate with academic and administrative colleagues to enhance teaching excellence and student experience.What Experience will You Bring to the Role?Master’s degree or PhD in Marketing Management, Management Consulting, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Global Investment Banking or a closely related discipline.Experience teaching in higher education, preferably at postgraduate level.Demonstrated ability to supervise postgraduate research projects.Strong grounding in research design, methodology, and data analysis (quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods).Proficiency with relevant research software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, NVivo, R).Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.Commitment to inclusive and student-centred teaching approachesDesiredExperience in curriculum design, digital education resource development, or programme accreditation.Evidence of research activity, publication, or professional engagement in the field of public health.Familiarity with online and blended learning platforms and pedagogical innovation.Ready to be part of this journey?
