The agency culture emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and results-driven strategies for a diverse client base.Role Description The Public Relations and Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site and hybrid role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is responsible for planning and executing PR and marketing campaigns, including developing press materials, coordinating media outreach, and supporting brand-building initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include drafting press releases, pitching stories to media outlets, managing relationships with journalists and influencers, and monitoring coverage. The executive will collaborate with internal teams to align messaging across advertising, social media, and special events, and will assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis. The role also involves attending client meetings, supporting event-related PR activities, and ensuring consistent, accurate communication of client brand narratives.QualificationsStrong public relations skills, including Public Relations and Media Relations, with the ability to manage relationships with press and industry stakeholders.Excellent written communication abilities, including Writing and Press Releases, with attention to detail and brand voice consistency.Outstanding interpersonal and professional Communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with clients, media, and internal teams.Experience developing and executing integrated marketing and PR campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.Proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, social media platforms, media monitoring tools).Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with the South Florida media landscape and event marketing is a plus.
