Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for an experienced Public Relations Manager with a strong background in the healthcare sector to lead and manage the organization’s public relations, corporate communications, media presence, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the organization’s PR and communication strategy.Manage relationships with media outlets, healthcare organizations, government entities, and key stakeholders.Prepare press releases, official statements, announcements, and corporate communications.Coordinate media interviews, conferences, healthcare events, exhibitions, and official visits.Strengthen the organization’s corporate image and brand reputation.Manage crisis communication and ensure appropriate responses to sensitive public or media matters.Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, business partners, regulators, and community organizations.Oversee digital PR and coordinate communication across social media and corporate platforms.Monitor media coverage and prepare periodic reports on PR performance and public sentiment.Work closely with executive management, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure consistent corporate messaging.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within hospitals, healthcare groups, medical companies, or the healthcare sector.Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare environment and stakeholder landscape.Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.Strong media relations, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.Experience in corporate communications, event management, and reputation management.Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Preferred:Existing network within the healthcare, media, and government sectors.Previous experience working with hospitals or large healthcare organizations.Experience managing high-level events, partnerships, and executive communications.
