Public Relations Officer (PRO)The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will serve as the organization's key liaison with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders, ensuring the timely and compliant management of all corporate, legal, and administrative requirements.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain all corporate licenses, commercial registrations, permits, and regulatory documentation across the organization.Liaise with government entities, regulatory authorities, municipalities, and legal institutions to process approvals, certifications, registrations, and official transactions.Coordinate document notarization, attestation, legalization, powers of attorney, and contract-related formalities through relevant authorities, including the Notary Public and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).Process renewals, amendments, cancellations, and updates of trade licenses, corporate records, and legal entity registrations, ensuring ongoing compliance.Obtain and manage official records, land plans, property documents, and other government-issued documentation as required.Support the engagement and administration of external legal service providers, including vendor onboarding, contracting, invoicing, and ongoing coordination.Build and maintain effective relationships with key government departments, including the Department of Economic Development (DED), Abu Dhabi Municipality, Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, MOFA, and other relevant authorities.Monitor regulatory developments, legislative changes, and government policies, assessing potential impacts on the organization and advising stakeholders accordingly.Provide guidance to internal teams on government procedures, regulatory requirements, and compliance-related matters.Represent the organization before government and regulatory authorities as required.Maintain accurate records and tracking of all submissions, approvals, licenses, permits, and legal documentation to ensure timely processing and compliance.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO), Government Relations Officer, or in a similar role within the UAE.Demonstrated experience managing trade licenses, corporate registrations, government transactions, document attestations, and regulatory compliance requirements.Strong working knowledge of UAE government entities and online portals, including DED, TAMM, MOFA, Abu Dhabi Municipality, ICP, and Abu Dhabi Judicial Department.Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly preferred.Strong network and established working relationships with relevant UAE government authorities are an advantage.Ideal Profile: A proactive and well-connected PRO with strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, corporate licensing, legal documentation processes, and regulatory compliance requirements, capable of managing complex transactions efficiently across multiple authorities.
