Further information will be shared with shortlisted candidates at the appropriate stage of the recruitment process.Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer to manage the company’s government-related documentation, licences, visas, permits, and regulatory submissions in the UAE. The successful candidate will maintain effective relationships with government authorities and ensure that all company and employee documents remain valid and compliant.Key Responsibilities· Process employment visas, residence permits, Emirates ID applications, medical tests, labour cards, and visa cancellations.· Manage applications and renewals for trade licences, establishment cards, permits, and other company documents.· Liaise with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, economic departments, municipalities, chambers of commerce, and other authorities.· Monitor document expiry dates and complete renewals before deadlines.· Prepare, submit, and track government applications and supporting documents.· Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee and company documentation.· Keep management informed of changes to government procedures, labour regulations, and documentation requirements.· Support company formation, branch registration, amendments, and licence-related activities when required.· Coordinate document attestation, translation, notarisation, and legalisation.· Assist employees with visa and government-service enquiries.· Maintain records of government fees and submit accurate expense reports.· Represent the company professionally during visits to government offices.Qualifications and Experience · At least 3–5 years of UAE experience in a similar PRO or government-relations role.· Strong knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, licensing, and residency procedures.· Familiarity with relevant UAE government portals and online systems.· Good written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong advantage.· Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.· Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.· Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.· Ability to use Odoo for document records, employee information, expense reporting, approvals and related administrative workflows.CompensationAED 7,000–9,000 per month, all-inclusive, depending on relevant UAE PRO experience, government-portal knowledge, Arabic capability and Odoo proficiency.
