About the RoleA leading organization in the beauty and wellness sector is looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government relations, regulatory requirements, employee documentation, and compliance activities across its operations in Saudi Arabia.The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and government platforms, with hands-on experience managing employee and company-related government transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage employee visa, residency/Iqama, work permit, renewal, transfer, and cancellation processes.Handle government-related transactions and documentation through relevant Saudi government platforms.Manage and maintain records across platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Absher Business, and Ministry-related portals, as applicable.Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding requirements from a government relations and compliance perspective.Monitor expiry dates for Iqamas, work permits, licenses, registrations, and other statutory documents and ensure timely renewals.Support the organization in maintaining compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Saudization requirements.Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and external government authorities on regulatory matters.Assist with company licenses, municipality requirements, Chamber of Commerce documentation, and other government approvals where required.Maintain accurate and confidential records of all government transactions and employee documentation.Keep management updated on regulatory changes that may impact employees or business operations.Resolve government-related documentation issues efficiently and follow up until completion.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 5–7 years of relevant PRO/Government Relations experience in Saudi Arabia.Strong hands-on knowledge of Saudi government portals and employment-related processes.Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization, visa, Iqama, and work permit procedures.Experience supporting a multi-branch or high-volume workforce would be an advantage.Strong Arabic and English communication skills.Excellent follow-up, organization, and documentation skills.Ability to handle confidential employee and company information professionally.Strong coordination skills with government authorities and internal stakeholders.Preferred ProfileCandidates currently based in Saudi Arabia with practical experience independently handling end-to-end government relations activities will be preferred.
