The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all government-related processes and ensuring the organization's compliance with local regulations.The role serves as the primary liaison between the company and government authorities, handling visa processing, labor matters, licensing requirements, and regulatory documentation.The successful applicant will have 3+ years of experience as a PRO in the UAE with strong knowledge of UAE labor law, DMCC, immigration procedures, and government portals.ABOUT YOUIf you have world-class ambitions to reach the stars while keeping your feet on the ground, Kent Data Centres are the team for you. These beliefs define and direct us every day to be the very best - for ourselves, our clients, our key stakeholders, the communities we operate in and the planet:We PLAY BIGWe thrive on EMOTIONAL AGILITYWe are FANATICAL ABOUT PERFORMANCEWe are built on INFINITE THINKINGSKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the primary administrator for the company’s DMCC portal, managing employment, visa, company, and compliance-related service requests from submission through completion.Process and follow up on employment visas, renewals, amendments, cancellations, Employment Cards, Establishment Cards, medical fitness, Emirates ID, residency formalities, letters, certificates, and other DMCC services.Manage and coordinate government transactions through GDRFA/AMER, MOHRE, Tasheel, Tadbeer, and other relevant UAE government portals and service centers.Support basic corporate and legal administration, including company formation and amendments, corporate document processing, and coordination with relevant authorities and service providers.Coordinate notarization, legalization and document attestation through UAE Notary Public, MOFA, embassies/consulates, and other relevant authorities, including document submission, collection, and follow-upAssist with the administrative processing of corporate documents such as Powers of Attorney, Board/Shareholder Resolutions, constitutional documents, certificates, and authorized signatory documents, as required.Monitor expiry dates and maintain accurate records and trackers for visas, Emirates IDs, licenses, insurance, permits, and other company and employee documents.Review applications and support documents for accuracy and completeness, maintain organized records, and proactively follow up with DMCC, government authorities, consulates, and service providers until completion.Attend government departments, Notary Public offices, embassies/consulates, and service centers when physical submission, collection, attestation, or follow-up is required.Provide HR administrative support, including business visa applications, employee onboarding and offboarding, and medical insurance additions, deletions, amendments, and renewals.Assist with employee documentation, employment letters, NOCs, certificates, forms, and other routine HR requirements.Maintain confidentiality and provide employees and management with timely updates on applications, pending requirements, and upcoming renewals.Keep up to date with new legislation and communicate to the leadership team/HR teamsSupport staff with immigration queries such as family visa process, golden visa applications etc.YOUR EXPERIENCEQualification/ Training/ Certification & Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field.3-5 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and government portals.Valid UAE driving license with own transport.Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Key Competencies:Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.Problem-solving and relationship-building skills.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Please apply directly and our team will reach out to successful candidates to coordinate interviews.
