The organisations are committed to fostering growth, collaboration, and efficiency for businesses of all sizes.About the roleWe are looking for a reliable, well-organised PRO with Dubai experience to handle government and documentation work for our business centers across Business Bay and Dubai Media City. You will work closely with the management and communicate with tenants and clients on their PRO requirements.Key responsibilitiesProcess company formation, trade licence issuance and renewals, and amendments with the relevant authoritiesHandle employee and investor visas, Emirates ID, medical and labour card (MOHRE) proceduresProcess Ejari registrations and tenancy-related documentationTrack visa, licence, and document expiries, and notify tenants and clients in advanceLiaise with government departments, typing centres, and banksPrepare and maintain records, reports and trackers in ExcelCoordinate with management and the accounts team on fees, payments and receiptsRequirementsMinimum 3 years of PRO experience is a must, in Dubai/UAE (mandatory)Sound knowledge of UAE government procedures, including immigration, MOHRE, and trade licensingThorough knowledge of MS Word and MS ExcelGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlinesAdded advantageExperience in a business center or serviced office environmentValid UAE driving licence
