Apply & track with Apply EdgePublic Relations Officer (PRO) – Abu DhabiLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEDome is looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to independently manage government relations, corporate documentation, licensing, employee immigration matters, and security/site-access requirements for our Abu Dhabi operations.Candidates must have strong previous PRO experience with construction/contracting companies in Abu Dhabi, including hands-on experience with ADNOC-related processes.Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end employee visa, work permit, labour, residency, Emirates ID and related government transactions.• Handle company trade licence renewals, amendments, MOA documentation, registrations and other corporate government requirements.• Manage tenancy contracts, renewals and related municipal documentation.• Coordinate CICPA security pass applications, renewals and related approvals for employees requiring access to oil & gas facilities.• Handle ADNOC-related documentation, registrations, approvals, security/site-access processes and associated transactions.• Liaise directly with relevant Abu Dhabi and UAE government authorities to ensure timely completion of all company transactions.• Maintain accurate records and proactively monitor expiry dates, renewals and compliance requirements.• Handle other government relations and administrative transactions required for the company's operations.Requirements• Proven experience as a PRO in Abu Dhabi.• Strong experience working within a construction or contracting company is essential.• Hands-on experience with ADNOC processes is essential.• Strong experience with CICPA/security pass procedures.• Thorough knowledge of UAE government, immigration, labour and corporate licensing procedures.• Able to independently manage transactions from initiation through completion.• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.• UAE driving licence preferred.Only candidates with relevant Abu Dhabi construction/contracting and ADNOC experience will be considered.
