قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJOB SUMMARYThe Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for managing and coordinating all government-related transactions on behalf of 3S Real Estate Brokers LLC, with a primary focus on visa processing, immigration matters, labour affairs, and liaison with UAE government departments.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage the end-to-end employment visa process: entry permits, status change, medical fitness test scheduling, Emirates ID registration, and residence visa stamping for all company staff.• Process visa renewals, cancellations, and amendments in coordination with GDRFA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs) and ICP (Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security).• Handle all MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation) transactions, including work permit applications, labour contracts, and WPS-related documentation.• Coordinate family/dependent visa applications and renewals for eligible employees.• Manage trade license renewals, establishment card renewals, and Chamber of Commerce registrations.• Liaise with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA for broker card registrations, renewals, and compliance requirements.• Attend government departments in person (Amer centres, Tasheel centres, typing centres, GDRFA, MOHRE, DLD) to submit and collect documents.• Prepare, translate (where required), and attest company documents — MOAs, tenancy contracts, POAs, and other legal papers — through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and a notary public.• Track visa/ID/license expiry dates and maintain a compliance calendar to avoid fines or violations.• Manage Ejari (tenancy contract registration) and office lease-related government formalities.• Support the resolution of labour disputes, absconding cases, and other MOHRE/GDRFA matters as required.• Keep up to date with changes in UAE labour law, immigration policy, and free zone/mainland regulations relevant to the company.• Maintain accurate physical and digital records of all employee and company government documents.• Manage GPSSA (General Pension and Social Security Authority) registration and monthly pension contributions for UAE national employees.• Monitor and maintain the company's Emiratisation quota (Emirati Quota) in line with MOHRE's Nafis/Tawteen targets, ensuring compliance and avoiding penalties.• Prepare and submit the Tawteen (Emiratisation) report to MOHRE, tracking Emirati headcount and ratios against required thresholds.• Coordinate with external typing centres, PRO service providers, and government-approved agents when direct processing is not possible.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS• UAE National (Emirati) — mandatory for this role.• Prior experience as a PRO or in a government relations/administrative role is preferred; freshers with strong knowledge of UAE government systems will also be considered.• Sound knowledge of GDRFA, MOHRE, ICP, DLD/RERA, MOFA, and GPSSA procedures and portals.• Valid UAE driving license — mandatory for travel between government departments.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for document handling and deadline tracking.• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.• Proficiency with government e-services portals (GDRFA, MOHRE, DLD, ICP smart apps/websites).• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential employee and company documents.KEY SKILLS• Visa & immigration processing (employment, dependent, cancellation, renewal)• Labour law and MOHRE compliance• Government liaison and relationship management• Emiratisation compliance, Tawteen reporting, and GPSSA pension administration• Document attestation and legal translation coordination• Time management and multi-tasking under deadlines• Problem-solving in government/regulatory mattersCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS• Salary: AED 10,000 per month (all-inclusive).• Medical insurance as per UAE law.• Annual leave and air ticket allowance as per UAE Labour Law.• End-of-service benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
