Public Relations Specialist

Role Description The Public Relations Specialist role at COYARD Coffee Roasters is responsible for managing the brand’s public image and communication with media, partners, and community stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and distributing press releases, preparing media kits, and coordinating interviews and press events. The specialist will monitor media coverage, respond to media inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with journalists and influencers. The role also involves developing strategic communication plans, supporting brand campaigns, managing PR calendars, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.QualificationsStrong Public Relations and Media Relations skills and marketing, s with experience building and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets.Ability to plan and execute Strategic Communications initiatives aligned with brand goals and audience needs.Proficiency in writing and editing Press Releases and other PR materials with clear, engaging messaging.Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in professional settings.Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.Prior experience in PR, preferably in consumer brands, hospitality, or food and beverage sectors.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and represent the brand professionally at on-site events.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial for local media engagement.
