Public Relations Specialist

Role Description The Public Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning and executing PR initiatives that enhance brand reputation, visibility, and trust across digital and traditional media channels. Day-to-day tasks include drafting press releases and media materials, pitching stories to journalists and influencers, coordinating interviews and media appearances, and maintaining strong relationships with relevant media outlets. The specialist will monitor coverage, analyze PR performance, and provide insights to strengthen Smarkupp Studios’ brand positioning and that of its clients. The role also involves collaborating closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.QualificationsStrong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience managing press outreach and media engagement.Ability to develop and execute Strategic Communications plans aligned with brand and business objectives.Proficiency in writing and editing Press Releases and other PR materials tailored to diverse audiences.Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident presentation abilities.Experience working with digital-first brands or agencies, preferably in marketing, creative, or technology sectors.Familiarity with social media, online reputation management, and basic PR measurement tools and analytics.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate in a team environment, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture.
