Public Relations (PR) & Brand Communications Specialist📍 Location: Delhi NCR💼 Experience: 3+ Years🏢 Industry: Animation | Media & Entertainment | AI & Creative Technology💰 Salary: Competitive, based on experience & expertiseAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and experienced PR & Brand Communications professional who can strengthen our company’s presence in the market, build a strong public image, and create visibility for our company, brands, IPs, and upcoming projects.The ideal candidate should understand how to position a creative company in the market and have strong connections across media, publications, influencers, digital platforms, entertainment networks, and relevant industry communities.Key Responsibilities* Develop and execute PR strategies to strengthen the company’s market position and brand image.* Create strong visibility and awareness around our projects, IPs, characters, content, and company achievements.* Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, publications, influencers, bloggers, creators, and industry professionals.* Identify opportunities for press coverage, interviews, features, articles, podcasts, events, awards, collaborations, and media appearances.* Prepare and distribute press releases, company announcements, project launches, and other PR communications.* Generate buzz around upcoming projects and ensure consistent market visibility.* Develop campaigns to make our projects and creative properties recognizable and talked about in the industry.* Monitor market perception and identify opportunities to improve the company’s public image.* Handle communication during important announcements, launches, collaborations, and company developments.* Coordinate with the creative, marketing, production, and management teams to understand projects and convert them into strong PR stories.* Track PR activities, media coverage, brand mentions, and campaign performance.* Represent the company professionally with external stakeholders and industry contacts.* Identify relevant industry events, awards, conferences, festivals, and networking opportunities for company participation.* Develop strategies for brand positioning, thought leadership, and industry recognition.* Manage and strengthen the company’s reputation across online and offline platforms.What We’re Looking For* 3+ years of relevant experience in PR, Public Relations, Brand Communications, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, or Entertainment PR.* Strong understanding of media relations and brand positioning.* Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and networking skills.* Existing media/industry contacts will be a major advantage.* Experience promoting entertainment, animation, media, OTT, gaming, advertising, creative, technology, or consumer brands is preferred.* Ability to identify a story and turn it into a marketable PR opportunity.* Strong understanding of social media, digital media, influencer marketing, and current market trends.* Highly proactive, creative, confident, and result-oriented.* Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.* Ability to work independently and take ownership of the company’s PR initiatives.The Right Candidate Will Be Someone Who CanBuild the reputation → Create the buzz → Generate media attention → Promote our projects → Strengthen our market position.If you believe you have the network, creativity, strategic thinking, and execution skills to make a growing creative company and its projects highly visible in the market, we would love to hear from you.📩 Send your CV to: hr@blackdiamonds.co.in
