Ltd. is the parent company of GirlsFlavour and Royal Glory, two women-focused fashion brands built around one vision — celebrating every expression and flavour of a woman.GirlsFlavour represents the modern, confident and expressive side of women through lingerie and lifestyle fashion.Royal Glory celebrates her connection with Indian roots through sarees and ethnic fashion.As the brands expand across different cities, we are building a strong network of local women partners who will represent and grow GirlsFlavour and Royal Glory in their respective markets.ROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for a confident, presentable and highly responsible Public Relations Executive who will work closely with the Founder and take ownership of our Partner Network.This is a field-oriented role involving partner presentations, conversions, onboarding, relationship management, local expansion and events. The person will act as the main point of contact between the company and its partners.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Partner Presentation & Conversion

• Receive qualified/converted partner leads generated by our Bangalore call centre.
• Connect personally with prospective partners.
• Visit potential partners and conduct the final GirlsFlavour × Royal Glory Partner Model presentation.
• Explain the business model, membership structure, benefits, support system and brand vision.
• Handle partner questions and concerns.
• Follow up and take the lead towards final partner conversion.2. Partner OnboardingOnce a partner is converted:
• Manage the complete onboarding process.
• Coordinate documentation, agreements and required formalities.
• Introduce the partner to the brand, processes and support system.
• Ensure the partner clearly understands her responsibilities, targets and opportunities.
