Company Description RAALC Real Estate Registration Agent is a DLD-authorised real estate registration trustee office located at the Dubai Supreme Court Complex in Umm Hurair 2, Dubai. The office manages a wide range of property services, including property transfers, delayed sales, off-plan (Oqood) registration, title deed modification, property blocking, and mortgage registration and release. RAALC also handles lease-to-own and financial lease registration, Ejari registration and cancellation, company registration, and notary services for property transactions. Operating Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, the office provides professional, compliant services to individuals and businesses. RAALC Real Estate Registration Agent is part of the larger RAALC Group, offering stable, growth-oriented career opportunities in the real estate sector.Role Description The Public Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for developing and executing PR strategies that promote RAALC’s services, strengthen brand reputation, and support business objectives. Daily tasks include drafting and distributing press releases, preparing media kits, managing relationships with journalists and media outlets, and coordinating interviews or press conferences as needed. The specialist will monitor media coverage, manage online reputation, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. The role also involves supporting strategic communications initiatives, contributing to content for digital platforms, and providing input on campaigns and events that enhance RAALC’s public profile.QualificationsStrong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience in building and maintaining professional relationships with media outlets.Ability to draft and manage Press Releases and related PR materials that are accurate, clear, and aligned with organizational goals.Excellent Communication and Strategic Communications abilities, including clear writing, confident speaking, and message development.Prior experience in real estate, legal services, or related sectors in the UAE is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Minimum 1 years experience in public relations.
