Public Relations Specialist

Role Description The Public Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating PR activities that strengthen Smart Technology’s brand and promote its engineering training programs. Daily tasks include drafting press releases and announcements, coordinating with media outlets, and managing relationships with journalists and local partners. The specialist will support strategic communications campaigns, prepare content for social and traditional media, and help organize events, workshops, and promotional activities. The role also involves monitoring public sentiment, tracking coverage, and providing regular reports and recommendations to management.QualificationsStrong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience building and maintaining relationships with press and media partners.Ability to develop and implement Strategic Communications plans that align with organizational goals.Proficiency in writing clear, impactful Press Releases and other PR materials.Excellent Communication skills, including confident verbal communication and professional business writing.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.Experience in education, training, or technology sectors is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects under deadlines.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with social media and basic digital marketing tools. Additional Requirements:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.Must be currently based in Alexandria.Availability for full-time, on-site work in Alexandria.Ability to work according to the required working schedule.
