The company is committed to helping clients manage their most important assets—their employees—efficiently and effectively.Role Description The Public Relations Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta. This role is responsible for developing and executing PR strategies, drafting and distributing press releases, and preparing other media materials in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin. The specialist will manage media relations, coordinate interviews and press events, and monitor news coverage related to the company and its clients. Daily activities include maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers, supporting strategic communications initiatives, and ensuring consistent messaging across channels. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align PR activities with business objectives and providing regular reports on PR outcomes and media exposure.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, including experience building and maintaining contacts with journalists and media outlets.Candidates should possess skills in drafting and managing Press Releases and other PR materials for diverse audiences.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Strategic Communications skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different stakeholders and channels.Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required, with strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in a PR, communications, or corporate affairs role, ideally within professional services or HR-related industries.Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage professionally with clients and external partners.
