Job Descriptions:As a PR & Corporate Communications Specialist at CTW, a Nasdaq-listed global gaming platform company, you will drive media relations, content creation, and brand-building initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams and external PR agencies to enhance CTW’s brand visibility and ensure consistent, professional communications across all channels.Responsibilities:Draft, edit, and coordinate press releases, media pitches, and corporate announcements to support external communications objectives.Collaborate with external PR agencies and consultants to execute media outreach and campaigns, ensuring timely and effective press opportunities.Build and maintain media lists, develop relationships with journalists and industry contacts, and identify opportunities to increase CTW’s media visibility.Support the development and maintenance of consistent corporate messaging across all external channels, including the corporate website and LinkedIn.Monitor media coverage, industry news, and competitor activity; track PR performance metrics and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.2–6 years of professional experience in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, or a PR agency environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.Demonstrated experience drafting press releases, media pitches, or other external communications materials.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the gaming, technology, entertainment, anime, digital media, or consumer internet industries.Experience supporting a public company, newly listed company, or high-growth organization.Familiarity with public company communications, corporate disclosure processes, or investor-facing communications.Experience with media monitoring, PR analytics, or media database tools.Japanese language skills and experience working across global or cross-cultural teams.
