Public Speaking Trainer for Summer camp (One Month)

Role Description The Public Speaking Trainer for Summer Camp will design and deliver a one-month training program focused on public speaking and presentation skills for school-age participants. In this full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the trainer will plan daily lessons, interactive activities, and practice sessions that build students’ confidence in speaking, debating, storytelling, and performing in front of an audience. Responsibilities include preparing age-appropriate training materials, conducting group and individual coaching, providing constructive feedback, and monitoring each participant’s progress. The trainer will also collaborate with camp coordinators, manage classroom dynamics, ensure a safe and encouraging learning environment, and support end-of-program showcases or presentations.QualificationsStrong expertise in public speaking, presentation skills, and speech coaching, with a proven ability to guide young learners.Experience in teaching, training, or facilitating workshops for children or adolescents in educational or camp settings.Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate diverse groups of learners.Ability to design engaging curricula, activities, and practice exercises tailored to different ages and skill levels.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Theatre, Languages, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work on-site full time for the duration of the one-month summer camp.Previous experience in Dubai or familiarity with local cultural norms and KHDA-approved educational environments is beneficial.
