The role involves contributing to academic and institutional development through teaching, mentoring learners, and supporting curriculum delivery in alignment with industry and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities may include preparing and delivering lectures or training sessions, designing and updating course content, assessing learner performance, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role also requires collaborating with colleagues on academic projects, participating in institutional initiatives, and engaging in student support activities such as counseling, workshops, and co-curricular events. The individual is expected to uphold quality standards, follow institutional policies, and contribute to a positive, inclusive campus environment.Qualifications Relevant academic qualifications (such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related discipline: engineering, law, pharmacy, management, IT, or vocational studies).Demonstrated expertise in teaching, training, or academic facilitation, with the ability to design and deliver structured learning experiences.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with learners, colleagues, and stakeholders.Ability to use digital tools and learning platforms for hybrid instruction, assessment, and content management.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple academic and administrative responsibilities.Familiarity with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and outcome-based education; experience with NEP 2020 implementation is an advantage.Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered education and adherence to non-discriminatory institutional practices.Prior experience in higher education, training, or related professional practice in the candidate’s discipline is preferred.
