Title: Manager – Purchase & StoreLocation: NoidaMinimum 3 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, and Store Management.Experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or related industries will be an advantage.About the Role:Manager – Purchase & Store Department to oversee procurement and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement of materials and services, optimizing costs, maintaining inventory control, and developing strong vendor relationships to support business operations efficiently. This role requires strong negotiation skills, commercial understanding, and the ability to manage end-to-end procurement and store activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational requirements.Key Responsibilities:Procurement Management:Plan and execute procurement of materials, equipment, and services as per organizational requirements.Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.Obtain quotations, compare offers, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders in a timely manner.Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.Monitor market trends and sourcing opportunities to achieve cost savings.Vendor Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing, delivery, and service standards.Resolve procurement-related issues and coordinate with vendors for smooth operations.Ensure timely reconciliation of vendor invoices and payments in coordination with the Accounts team.Store & Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of required materials.Coordinate with internal departments for material planning and inventory requirements.Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement reports.Ensure proper storage, handling, and issuance of materials.Conduct periodic inventory checks and stock verification.Documentation & Compliance:Maintain complete procurement and inventory documentation.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budgetary guidelines.Prepare procurement reports, vendor analysis, and cost-saving reports.Support internal audits and maintain accurate records for verification purposes.Required Skills:Strong procurement and vendor management experienceExcellent negotiation and cost-control abilitiesGood analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and time-management capabilitiesProficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/SAP systemsInventory and store management knowledgeVendor bill verification and reconciliation experienceStrong documentation and record-keeping skillsPreferred Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred)Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, and Store Management.Experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or related industries will be an advantage.Key Competencies:Attention to detail and accuracyCommercial and cost-conscious mindsetTeam-oriented and collaborative approachAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong communication and coordination skillsAccountability and ownership of responsibilitiesAdditional Requirement:Valid Driving License (Mandatory)
