Purchase Executive

Homzinterio is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day procurement activities for residential interior projects. The role will involve sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, monitoring purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end procurement of materials required for interior projects, production, and site execution.Source materials for interior-related products.Identify and evaluate suitable suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and reliability.Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.Ensure procurement is aligned with approved specifications and project requirements.Vendor Management develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.Resolve vendor-related issues and coordinate corrective actions when required.Prepare and release Purchase Orders based on approved material requirements.Coordinate with project managers, designers, production teams, and site teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.Track material requirements against project timelines.Ensure materials are delivered to the correct location within the committed timeline.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes into interior industry.Good vendor sourcing skills.Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements simultaneously.Good understanding of interior, furniture, modular kitchen, or construction-related materials is preferred. QualificationBachelor's degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.Candidates with relevant experience in interior design industry only will be preferred.Experience2–5 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.Experience in the interior design, furniture, modular furniture, construction, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.Location - Whitefield Operations Office Bangalore
