Its culture emphasizes long-term client relationships and continuous improvement in the electrical engineering domain.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Purchase Executive will handle end-to-end procurement activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate purchase records. Daily responsibilities involve evaluating vendor quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. The role includes close collaboration with project, engineering, and finance teams to understand material requirements, optimize costs, and maintain inventory levels. The Purchase Executive will also monitor supplier performance, support vendor development, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Management, including handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.Candidates should possess procurement-related skills, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and supplier coordination.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.Candidates should possess basic knowledge of electrical materials and components; experience in EPC or electrical engineering projects is must.Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and ERP or purchasing software, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; prior experience in a similar purchasing role is preferred.
