Purchase Executive

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Purchase Executive with Logistics Cordination. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, evaluating purchase requisitions, and coordinating procurement & logistics processes using ERP tools. They will liaise with vendors, evaluate suppliers, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet business requirements.QualificationsStrong experience with Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overall Purchase Management processesProficient in Communication skills to effectively coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teamsKnowledge and experience in Procurement practices, including vendor evaluation and negotiationAttention to detail and accuracy in documentation and inventory management with logistics teamAnalytical and problem-solving skills to support cost-effective decision-making with department headsProficiency in relevant software tools and ERP systems is a strong advantageExperience in the pharmaceutical is an added advantage
