We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive who can efficiently manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and material sourcing to support our fast-paced business operations.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Purchase Executive with preferably experience in a D2C or e-commerce brand. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing products and materials, managing vendors, negotiating prices, raising purchase orders, and ensuring the timely availability of inventory to support business requirements.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSource and procure products, raw materials, packaging materials, and other requirements for the D2C business.Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate costs, and finalize purchase terms.Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate procurement records.Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.Work closely with the warehouse, operations, and inventory teams to understand stock requirements.Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock shortages.Maintain vendor databases, quotations, purchase reports, and other procurement documentation.Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice verification and payment processing.Research new suppliers and market trends to ensure competitive pricing and quality.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a D2C, e-commerce, retail, or FMCG brand.Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.Good understanding of inventory and supply chain processes.Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
