About the Role

We’re looking for a Purchase Executive to support our procurement team in managing day-to-day purchasing activities. The role requires experience in handling capital goods, vendor coordination, and exposure to import/export processes.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage Purchase Orders based on project needsFollow up with vendors to ensure timely order confirmations and deliveriesCoordinate with finance for vendor paymentsSupport the project and design teams by sourcing the right equipment as per specificationsTrack delivery schedules and manage documentation for importsMaintain vendor data, pricing, and purchase recordsWhat We’re Looking For:Academic background in Engineering/Supply Chain Basic understanding of import/export proceduresWorking knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, or similar softwareGood communication and coordination skillsFamiliarity with EPC or turnkey project environments is a plusEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain or equivalent
