*Location:* Gurgaon*Company:* MDD Medical Systems India Pvt. Ltd.*Experience:* 8–15 Years### Key Responsibilities* End-to-end procurement and Purchase Order (PO) management* Vendor sourcing, development, negotiation and performance management* Procurement of *biomedical healthcare devices, medical equipment, consumables and project materials** Source and procure technically specialized *healthcare and biomedical products** Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams to ensure product specifications and quality requirements are met* Inventory planning and warehouse coordination* Cross-functional coordination with Projects, Engineering and Finance teams* Ensure compliance, proper documentation and continuous process improvement* Lead, guide and manage the Purchase team### Requirements* Bachelor's degree; *MBA/PG in Materials Management or Supply Chain Management preferred** *Must have experience in procurement/purchase of biomedical healthcare devices and medical equipment** Experience in the *medical device, biomedical equipment, healthcare infrastructure or hospital equipment industry is mandatory** Good understanding of technical specifications, vendor sourcing and procurement of healthcare/biomedical products* Strong negotiation, vendor management and commercial skills* Working knowledge of *ERP systems such as SAP/Tally** Strong team management, communication and stakeholder coordination skills
