Procurement & Purchasing Manager

• End-to-end procurement of finished goods, packaging, raw materials & business-critical materials
• Vendor sourcing, onboarding, development & performance management
• Commercial negotiations covering pricing, MOQ, credit terms, freight & delivery timelines
• Packaging procurement — bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, caps, labels, cartons, shippers & more
• PO creation, tracking and execution from release to dispatch and inwarding
• Coordination with NPD, Supply Chain, Finance, Brand, E-commerce, Operations & Logistics
• Proactive management of stockout risks, lead times, inventory & working capital
• Development of alternate vendors to reduce supply dependency and risk
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and MOQ optimizationWhat We’re Looking For
• 5–10 years of relevant procurement/purchase experience
• Strong vendor management & negotiation skills
• Experience in finished goods and packaging procurement
• Strong understanding of MOQ, lead time, reorder planning & stock cover
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems
• Good understanding of GST, invoices & dispatch documentation
