Its vegetable protein feeds are known for high nutritional value and digestible protein content, backed by strict quality assurance and outstanding service.Role Description The Purchase Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Panipat, with some flexibility for work from home. The Purchase Manager will oversee procurement of raw materials and feed ingredients, ensuring consistent availability, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include supplier identification and evaluation, negotiating contracts and pricing, monitoring inventory levels, and placing purchase orders in line with production requirements. The role also involves coordinating with production, quality, and logistics teams, tracking market trends and commodity prices, and maintaining accurate purchase records and reports. The Purchase Manager will be expected to optimize purchasing processes, support vendor relationship management, and contribute to continuous improvement in the supply chain.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong procurement and supply chain skills, including vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration.Candidates should possess skills in inventory management, demand planning, and basic logistics coordination.Candidates should possess analytical and research skills, with the ability to track market trends, evaluate cost structures, and support data-driven decisions.Candidates should possess financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting awareness, cost optimization, and understanding of payment terms.Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.Relevant experience in feed, agriculture, FMCG, or manufacturing procurement would be beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or procurement software, along with the ability to work in a hybrid environment, is desirable.📩 Send CV:shivamhrinnovativesoch@gmail.com📱 WhatsApp: +91-9996785816
