This role includes identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring timely purchase of goods and services in line with organizational requirements and budgets. The Purchase Manager will monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate purchasing records, and coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs and streamline procurement processes. The role also involves tracking vendor performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and continuously seeking opportunities to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency.Qualifications Strong skills in vendor management, negotiation, and supplier relationship building.Proficiency in procurement planning, purchase order management, and inventory control.Ability to analyze costs, compare quotations, and support budgeting and cost optimization.Experience with procurement software or ERP systems and basic MS Office skills.Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, commerce, or a related field.Prior experience in a purchasing or procurement role; experience in staffing or services industry is an advantage.
