Purchase Manager

Role Summary The Purchase Manager will be responsible for end-to-end Raw Material procurement of plastics/rubber gaskets components for manufacturing operations. The role demands deep expertise in sourcing, vendor development, cost optimization, import procurement, and supply chain strategy Key Responsibilities Lead and manage procurement of raw materials including: • Plastics/Rubber gasketsEnsure on-time availability of materials to support uninterrupted production.Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key domestic and overseas suppliers.Evaluate vendors and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contracts.Handle import purchasing documentation, compliance, and coordination with CHA.Drive cost reduction initiatives, inventory optimization, and spend control.Lead supplier development programs, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.Continuously improve procurement processes and systems.Conduct supplier visits (domestic & international) as required.Ensure stringent material cost control, monitoring scrap, usage, and inventory levels.Experience: 12 – 14 Years Qualification: B.TechInterested Candidates can share their resume on hr@trakntell.com
