Team members join a dynamic environment with opportunities to contribute to expanding, multi-brand operations.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase Manager role based in Belgaum. The Purchase Manager will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including identifying suppliers, negotiating prices and contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of food, ingredients, equipment, and other operational supplies for multiple restaurant and catering brands. Responsibilities include tracking inventory levels, forecasting purchase requirements, and coordinating closely with kitchen, operations, and finance teams to maintain cost efficiency and product quality. The role involves monitoring vendor performance, ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards, and maintaining accurate purchase records and reports. The Purchase Manager will also analyze market trends, seek opportunities for cost optimization, and support the company’s growth through reliable sourcing and strong supplier relationships.Qualifications Experience in procurement or purchase management, preferably in hospitality, food service, or FMCG.Strong skills in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.Ability to manage inventory levels, analyze purchase data, and optimize costs.Proficiency in using MS Excel and basic ERP or inventory management software.Solid understanding of food safety, quality standards, and hygiene requirements in supply chains.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in procurement or logistics are an advantage.Prior experience in managing purchasing for multi-location or multi-brand operations is beneficial.
