In this role, you will work closely with operations, culinary, finance and other key stakeholders to ensure efficient sourcing, competitive procurement and consistent availability of quality products and services.The role offers an opportunity to strengthen supplier partnerships, drive cost optimisation, improve procurement efficiencies and contribute to a reliable and responsive supply chain that supports our operations.

Job Description

• Oversee all procurement activities, ensuring that materials are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Manage and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with company quality, service, and pricing standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Stores, and Cost Control) to meet the operational requirements of the organization.
• Negotiate and maintain contracts with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards (ISO 9001).
• Regularly monitor procurement costs, generate reports, and identify opportunities for cost-saving.
• Resolve supply issues by addressing vendor-related complaints and coordinating corrective actions.Major Areas of Responsibility

• Graduate or diploma in business studies, MBA, or qualifications in purchasing and supply.
• Min. 10 years’ experience as Purchase Manager, preferably from a hospitality background, flight kitchen, hotel, or catering industry.Key Success Metrics
