Purchase Manager – IT Infrastructure & Procurement

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities for IT infrastructure and technology solutions. The role involves sourcing IT products, managing vendor and OEM relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring timely procurement and delivery.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activitiesSource IT products, hardware, software, and technology solutions from OEMs, distributors, and vendorsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and suppliersObtain and evaluate quotations; negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelinesCompare vendor quotations and prepare commercial comparisonsCoordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical, Finance, and Delivery teams for procurement requirementsIssue and manage Purchase Orders and maintain procurement documentationMonitor order status, deliveries, and vendor commitmentsResolve issues related to pricing, availability, delivery delays, and vendor coordinationIdentify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable commercial termsMaintain vendor databases, purchase records, and procurement reportsEnsure compliance with internal procurement processes and approval proceduresBuild and manage a reliable vendor and supplier networkQualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in IT Infrastructure or System IntegrationStrong experience working with OEMs, distributors, and IT product vendorsKnowledge of IT products such as Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, Data Center, and Cloud solutionsExperience in quotation comparison, commercial negotiation, Purchase Orders, and order managementGood understanding of procurement processes and supply chain coordinationProficiency in MS Excel and MS OfficeCandidate ProfileStrong negotiation and vendor management skillsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesCurrently employed and based in Delhi-NCRPrior experience in the IT System Integration (SI) industry preferredSkills: it infrastructure products,it procurement,oem sourcing,vendor management,purchase order management
