Glow Food reimagines fast, accessible dining as a joyful, vibrant experience that helps guests feel good from the inside out.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchaser role based in Singapore. The Purchaser is responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality, plant-based ingredients and supplies that align with Glow Food’s culinary and nutritional standards. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and contracts, placing and tracking purchase orders, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support restaurant operations. The role also involves monitoring market trends and costs, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and collaborating closely with kitchen, operations, and finance teams to support menu consistency and cost control. The Purchaser maintains accurate purchasing records and helps improve procurement processes to support sustainable, efficient, and reliable supply chains.Qualifications Experience in procurement or purchasing within F&B, hospitality, or retail, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.Strong inventory management and cost-control skills, with the ability to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.Knowledge of plant-based food products, ingredients, and sustainability-focused sourcing is highly beneficial.Proficiency with purchasing and inventory software, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis tools.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with culinary, operations, and finance teams.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in Singapore’s F&B supply market and relevant regulatory requirements is a plus.Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
