HIDE CAFE is more than a coffee stop; it is a lifestyle destination that encourages guests to share, connect, and enjoy meaningful experiences.Role Description The Purchaser is a full-time, on-site role based in Ras Al Khaimah, responsible for ensuring that HIDE CAFE is consistently supplied with high-quality ingredients, beverages, packaging, and café-related materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, placing and monitoring purchase orders, and maintaining optimal stock levels to support daily operations and seasonal concepts. The Purchaser will track delivery schedules, resolve discrepancies or issues with vendors, and work closely with the operations and kitchen teams to forecast demand and align purchasing with menu planning and events. This role also involves maintaining accurate purchasing records, monitoring costs, and contributing to initiatives that improve supply chain efficiency while upholding HIDE CAFE’s standards of quality and sustainability.Qualifications Experience in purchasing or procurement within F&B, hospitality, or retail, with strong skills in vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and order management.Ability to analyze inventory data, forecast demand, and manage stock levels to prevent shortages and excess, using basic Excel or inventory software.Knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and handling requirements for coffee, bakery, and perishable goods, with attention to detail in product selection.Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with suppliers, management, and café teams in a fast-paced environment.Organized and proactive work style, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to seasonal concepts, pop-ups, and new initiatives.Previous experience in the UAE market and familiarity with local suppliers and regulations is an advantage.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.Comfort working on-site in Ras Al Khaimah and flexibility to support occasional extended hours during special events or peak seasons.
