Purchasing Administrator (Luxury Interiors)

About The Role:The Crowd are partnered with one of London’s most recognised luxury interiors studio whose beautifully considered work has established it as one of the most influential names in high-end residential design internationally. They are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join its friendly and collaborative team in central London.In this role, you will support the delivery of fabrics, managing the critical path from the mills through to the warehouse. Responsibilities include overseeing production and delivery schedules, processing orders, liaising with suppliers, maintaining project documentation, managing CFAs, coordinating import customs clearance where required, and keeping the wider team informed of any changes to timelines.This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who is looking to develop a career within the luxury interiors industry.
