Team members join a growing organization that values hard work, authenticity, and long-term development.Role Description The Purchasing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. This role supports day-to-day purchasing operations, including preparing and processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records of orders and deliveries, and ensuring timely replenishment of ingredients, packaging, and other supplies for all outlets. The Purchasing Assistant will liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, negotiate basic terms, track delivery schedules, and resolve order discrepancies. The role involves monitoring stock levels, following internal procurement procedures, and coordinating with outlet and warehouse teams to meet operational needs. The Purchasing Assistant will also assist with data entry, simple reporting, and ensuring compliance with company purchasing policies.QualificationsCandidates should possess solid understanding of Purchasing Processes and general Purchasing operations.Candidates should possess the ability to prepare, review, and manage Purchase Orders accurately and efficiently.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, outlets, and internal teams.Candidates should possess basic Procurement knowledge, including sourcing, price comparison, and vendor coordination.Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with spreadsheets or inventory systems.Candidates should have prior experience in purchasing, supply chain, or administrative support; experience in F&B or retail is an advantage.Candidates should be able to work on-site in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Candidates should ideally have a relevant diploma or equivalent work experience; proficiency in Mandarin is beneficial.
