All hiring decisions are made solely by the hiring company.Our member company is seeking a meticulous and motivated Purchasing Assistant to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting purchasing and operations activities by managing procurement, order processing, inventory allocation and supplier coordination for IT hardware and software products.Job DescriptionAssist in sourcing and purchasing IT hardware and software licences based on specifications, pricing and business requirements.Process purchase orders, sales order conversions and goods receiving activities to support daily operationsCoordinate stock allocation and ensure products are assigned accurately to customers before delivery or collection.Liaise with suppliers to confirm orders, track deliveries and manage order changes when required.Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records while supporting smooth order fulfilment and customer service.Job RequirementsPreference for candidates with administrative experience and strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and record management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and office administration software.We thank all applicants for their interest.
