This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1+ year of manufacturing purchasing experience who wants to build their skills, take on increasing responsibility, and grow toward a Purchasing Manager position within the next 1–2 years!If you have experience with ERP systems, purchase orders, vendors, materials, quotes, and manufacturing environments, we'd love to hear from you!📍Location: Batavia, IL🎯Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent required1+ year of experience in manufacturing purchasing1+ year of ERP system experience with purchasing/materials processesExperience with purchase orders, vendor quotes, materials, and supplier follow-upWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through in a fast-paced manufacturing environment💻Responsibilities: Evaluate vendors and obtain competitive quotes to improve pricing, quality, and lead times.Create and manage purchase orders for raw materials, parts, and production needs.Coordinate with shop, engineering, Part Sales, and Purchase Planning teams to ensure material requirements are met.Follow up with vendors to monitor order status, on-time delivery, and potential delays.Process and maintain purchasing, inventory, and production information within the ERP system.Assist with general office support and ERP/system training for new personnel.💰Compensation & Benefits:$45K - $52K Base SalaryHealth/Vision/Dental⭐Why This Opportunity?This is a great opportunity for a manufacturing purchasing professional ready to grow their career.
