Recent college graduates are welcome to apply — you don’t need years of purchasing experience to be successful in this role. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and excellent organizational and communication skills.You’ll work closely with suppliers, vendors, warehouse staff, and our internal team to make sure we have the ingredients, raw materials, packaging, supplies, and equipment we need — when we need them.What You’ll DoMonitor inventory levels and identify purchasing needs.Prepare and place purchase orders for ingredients, raw materials, packaging, supplies, and equipment.Track orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.Review vendor offers and help negotiate competitive pricing.Research and identify potential new vendors.Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure products arrive on time and in good condition.Maintain accurate purchasing and vendor records.Help identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes and manage costs.Support the team with day-to-day purchasing and administrative tasks.What We’re Looking ForStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.Previous purchasing, procurement, inventory, or related experience is a plus, but not required.Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.College degree highly preferred.Knowledge of Tagalog and/or Filipino language and culture is a plus.Dependable, proactive, positive, and eager to learn.Why This Opportunity?This role is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in purchasing, procurement, vendor management, inventory, and business operations.
