Purchasing Executive

Location : Safdarjung Enclave (Delhi)Salary : 25k-30kKEY RESPONSIBILITIES•  Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for raw materials, packaging, and supplies to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement.•  Raise and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely material availability to support uninterrupted production.•  Maintain healthy vendor relationships, develop new suppliers, and conduct regular rate comparisons to optimize costs.•  Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts teams for inventory planning, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and payment follow-ups.•  Monitor stock levels, prevent shortages or overstocking, and maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.•  Ensure procurement of food-grade materials in compliance with FSSAI and internal quality standards.REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS•  Graduate in any discipline; degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field preferred.•  Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.•  Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP / inventory management software.•  Good understanding of procurement processes, costing, and inventory control.•  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under deadlines.•  Prior experience in FMCG or food/snack manufacturing will be an added advantage.
