Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400614Experience: 2-3 yearsSalary: 3-4 Lakhs PA (Negotiable based on experience)Industry: Engineering / Construction Equipment ManufacturingEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole & ResponsibilitiesFind vendors & Suppliers through various methods.Get quotations and make comparisons.Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to strengthen the vendor base.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and service agreements to achieve maximum commercial advantage.Present the best Proposals to the Manager Procurement for approval.Make purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements in the ERP SystemMonitor supplier performance through KPIs and ensure timely delivery of materials.Collaborate with Project, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, statutory requirements, and quality standards.Report supplier disputes, commercial issues, and supply chain bottlenecks.Prepare and present procurement reports, cost-saving reports, and management dashboards. Preferred Candidate Profile2 to 3 years of experience in Procurement/ purchase within engineering, construction Equipment’s, Manufacturing, Heavy Equipment, or Infrastructure Equipment.Knowledge of strategic sourcing, vendor development, supply chain operations, Raw Materials, tools, PPE, Consumables, stationery ...etc.Basic Knowledge of taxation, invoicing, logistics, and commercial terms.Good analytical, negotiation skills.Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and procurement processes.EducationDiploma / Bachelor's Degree Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Operations Management will be an added advantage.Compensation & BenefitsAnnual CTC: 3 lakh to 4 lakhProvident Fund (PF)BonusGroup Medical InsuranceGratuity and Statutory BenefitsLeave Benefits as per Company PolicyKey SkillsStrategic SourcingProcurement Vendor DevelopmentContract NegotiationCost ReductionSupply Chain ManagementCommercial ProcurementInventory ControlPurchase PlanningProcurement AnalyticsERP SystemsSupplier Relationship ManagementMIS ReportingContract AdministrationEngineering Procurement
