Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machines, CNC bridge saws and Waterjet machines for marble, granite, porcelain, quartz and other stone materials.Read and understand AutoCAD drawings, technical drawings, cutting layouts and production details.Set up machines, tools, cutting parameters and material according to the required job.Load and position stone slabs/materials correctly and safely before cutting.Execute cutting operations accurately according to approved drawings and dimensions.Check machine settings, cutting speed, water pressure and other parameters to ensure accurate output.Monitor machine operation throughout the production process and make necessary adjustments.Inspect finished pieces for dimensions, cutting accuracy, edge condition and overall quality.Coordinate with the Production, CAD/Design and Fabrication teams regarding drawings, revisions and production requirements.Optimize slab/material utilization and minimize material wastage wherever possible.Identify and report drawing errors, material defects, machine problems or production discrepancies before proceeding.Perform routine cleaning, lubrication and basic preventive maintenance of CNC and Waterjet equipment.Report machine breakdowns, technical issues and maintenance requirements immediately to the concerned supervisor.Maintain proper records of production, completed jobs, material usage and machine-related issues when required.Ensure proper handling and storage of finished and semi-finished pieces to prevent damage.Follow all company HSE, factory safety and machine operating procedures.Maintain a clean and organized work area around the machines.Meet daily production targets and required project deadlines.Carry out any other production-related duties assigned by the Factory Manager or Production Manager.
