Purchasing Manager (Automotive Dealership)

We're seeking an experienced Vehicle Acquisition / Purchasing Manager to source and purchase used and/or new vehicle inventory for our dealership in Dubai. This role is responsible for keeping our showroom and lot stocked with the right mix of vehicles at the right price, directly impacting dealership profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesSource vehicles through various channels, online auctions, private sellers, and dealer-to-dealer trades across the UAE and GCCAppraise, inspect and negotiate purchase offers based on market data and internal sales teamMonitor UAE market trends, pricing, and demand using valuation toolsBuild relationships with different acquisition sources across the regionAnalyze inventory performance and adjust buying strategy accordinglyQualificationsMust have 1+ year of experience in Car buying or selling in UAESharp negotiation skills and ability to make fast, confident purchasing decisionsAbility to assess vehicle conditionValid UAE driving license is a mustFluent English required; Arabic language skills a strong plus Compensation & BenefitsPerformance bonus tied to turn rate/gross profit
